What do those letters CIC mean?

The CIC designation after Ray’s name stands for Certified Insurance Counselor. That’s a big deal in the Insurance Industry. It signifies expertise in all types of insurance. The Media Release appeared this way:

“The designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) has been conferred upon Raymond McKinney, President of Antler Insurance Agency of Weatherford, TX, following his successful completion of a rigorous insurance education program sponsored by the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors.”

Over 100 hours of classroom study and a series of comprehensive written examinations went into earning this designation. The classes and exams focused on all major fields of insurance, insurance management, and agency operations.

The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research is the company that sponsors the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors that conferred this designation on Ray.
